Shipping policy
Please allow up to 7-15 business days to receive your purchase. We ship using USPS UPS, FEDEX, DHL and tracking is not provided at this time, unless requested by the customer beforehand. At this time, company policy is that we will only ship to the address linked to the debit/ credit card or PayPal of the customer.
Once the package has left USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, Island Avenue is no longer liable for the package.
International shipping takes approximately 10-15 business days, with longer shipping times around holidays.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING:
Due to high volume of shipping during holidays, purchases may take longer than expected to arrive. Per "Play Ball Collection" items "Letterman Jackets and Zip down Sweatpants", these are Pre-Sale items, and will take up to 3-3.5 weeks + possible holiday shipping delays to deliver from date of purchase, due to details of garments. We value your patronage and will certainly ship orders out in a timely fashion.
